What is the relation between sales organization and company codes?

A sales organization can assigned to only one company code where as one company code can have more than one sales organizations.

 

Relationship between sales organization and plants?

Sales organization is assigned to the plant through distribution channel. (Sales organization + distribution channel= distribution chain) we can assign multiple distribution channel to the multiple
plants it has many to many relationship.

 

Is it possible with 2 quotations one sales order?

Yes, as long as these quotations are open and the Sales area and shipping point are the same. Sometimes there is a chance of automatic delivery split.

 

Tell me some different partner functions?

Sold to party --- The person who places the order.(SP)

Ship to Party --- The person who receives the goods.(SH)

Bill to party ---The persoon who receives the Bills (BP)

Payer ---The person who pays the payment ( PY)

 

 

Is it possible to substitute one product for another? if so how it can be achieved?

Yes it is possible to substitute one product for another, the process we call is material determination.
It follows the condition technique, it is important to maintain the substitution reason by using the T-code OVRQ, which explains the rule for determination.
