Decides how production versions are selected
either manually or automatically
Decides how routing will selected.
Decides how order status changes happen in order header,
operation, materials and for PRT.
Decides how documentation of GR and GI happens
for an order.
Decides when the costs should be calculated i.e.
whether while release or saving.
