What is tolerance group?

Tolerance Groups are acceptable, permissible differences, and authorization given to the user of the organization to post a document easily, to post open item customer and vendor line item and to allow cash discount.

What is reversal posting?

Reversal posting is a functionality that helps you correct a document that has already been posted to the system.

How do you reverse cleared documents?

If cleared documents can be reversed by T-code FBRA. When we use the T-Code FBRA, system asks the Clearing Document number. (Clearing doc.is differently with posting doc.)

After gave the clearing doc. number, before press the item bottom to check. Then press the post button, system ask 3 options.

1. Only resetting

2. Resetting and reversal.

If you select 1 option first you rest the document. After that you reverse the document with T-Code FB08.

If you select the second option system automatically reversed the posting document.
